Icy winds blowing through the graves
Hiding the exiled souls
Shining stars on the nightsky
Brumal chants are sounding
In this realm of coldness and ice
Even rivers are frozen
Colourful ambit turns into grey
And snow is staining the landscapes
An ancient flame blazes
Blizzard storms raging
Moaning voices are whispering
These cold landscapes so dismal
No sign of Life appears in the silent night
In this Kingdom of grief and despair
In these coldest nights
And these bitter winters
Even strong hearts are beating
Spirits of iron will
This old northern cold
We proudly ride out
Only the strong survive
With germanic roots
Once again it’s blazing
The mighty spell of snow and ice
Enlightening the nightsky
Reflected by the glassy lakes
