Towards the Absence of Light

With newly found vigor

With copper flowing within

Let the new process begin

to unveil this masterpiece

But! Behind the curtain

Treacherous steps

Impending cataclysm

Usher in this downfall

For a moment there, I lost focus

and fell down those spiraling stairs

And for a brief moment there,

I let it all slip

Further, further down

Deeper, deeper within

Even further down

Further, further away

In the absence of light,

destitute of any vision

From shivering soil,

a beacon of silver

Up from the ground,

a shining pedestal

Raising this shell

towards the surface

Again with newly found vigor

Clad all in silver robes

Let the process continue

to unveil this masterpiece
